Designed to bring greater transparency to the qualification process, the ENC Team Rankings track player performances across major international tournaments and translate those results into global standings across all 16 game titles featured at ENC 2026. In team-based games, points are aggregated across projected national team rosters, while individual titles apply rankings directly at the player level. A simplified breakdown of how the rankings work can be found here.
The projected rankings available today are based on the highest possible scoring lineups ahead of official roster submissions. Later this summer, rankings will update to reflect confirmed submitted players and their current competitive points. Standings will continue evolving throughout the qualification period until each title’s cut-off date, when direct invitations to Riyadh are finalized.
ENC Team Builder
Launching alongside the rankings, the Team Builder allows fans to create lineups across multiple titles and instantly see whether their selections would qualify for direct invitation. The platform highlights how individual player performances impact overall national team standings, making it easier to explore roster possibilities, compare regions, and share “dream teams” across the community.
“With the ENC Rankings and Team Builder, we’re putting real structure behind how countries and territories qualify and compete,” said Esports Foundation Deputy CEO and COO Mike McCab. “Performance drives selection, but we’re also opening that process up, so players understand what it takes to qualify and fans can engage in a much more meaningful way.”
The launch marks another major milestone in the rollout of ENC 2026, following the appointment of coaches across more than 100 countries and territories and the confirmation of a 16-title competitive lineup expected to engage more than 100,000 players through global qualifiers.
