More Than 700 National Team Coaches Set For ENC 2026 Qualifiers Across Nine Tournaments

This global group pulls from more than 100 nations and territories, and brings together experience at every level of the game. From world champions and established leaders to rising coaches fighting to build a better name for their regions, it’s a snapshot of where competitive esports stands today.

Across the pool, coaches from more than 90 leading esports clubs are now feeding directly into national team structures, shifting focus toward building teams set to represent nations on the ENC 2026 stage.

Coaches will now finalize their roster selections, naming the players set to represent their nation or territory ahead of the May deadline.

Across all titles, coaches are the backbone of national team performance. They set strategy, guide in-game decision-making, and bring together players who may have never competed side by side before. With limited time to prepare, their ability to build structure and cohesion will be a decisive factor in who comes out on top.

A Worldwide Coaching Pool

The coaching pool also shows just how global and unpredictable ENC 2026 is set to be. In League of Legends, LEC veteran and G2 Esports coach Dylan Falco brings years of top-tier experience, while rising coaches Quentin “Zeph” Viguié from France and Jonas “Memento” Elmarghichi from Morocco step into national team leadership for the first time.

In Rocket League, Jos “ViolentPanda” van Meurs brings championship pedigree with him as he takes charge of the Netherlands setup, while Abdulrahman Saad “d7oom-24” Bin Fayez, the youngest coach in the field, leads Saudi Arabia.
