Esports Nations Cup 2026 Announces Official Dota 2 Rosters

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (June 3, 2026) - The Esports Foundation (EF) today confirmed the official roster submissions for the Dota 2 tournament at the Esports Nations Cup 2026 (ENC), the global nation-based esports competition set to debut in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from November 2-29, 2026.

88 rosters representing 88 countries and territories have been officially submitted and confirmed for the Dota 2 tournament. While the official ranking cut-off that determines direct invites to the ENC Finals is not until June 7th, the submitted rosters indicate some prolific teams that will be worth watching in November.

The starting roster representing CHINA is made up of cores of two elite rosters that will compete at the Esports World Cup this summer in Paris: the trio of Ame, Xxs, and fy from Xtreme Gaming and the duo of Xm, and y` from Vici Gaming, with Vici Gaming’s XinQ filling in as a substitute. These players have already found tremendous success together; while Ame, Xxs, Xm, and XinQ were all on Xtreme Gaming, they reached the grand final of The International 2025 where they ultimately fell to Team Falcons. Reunited under their national banner, they look to bring home gold for CHINA.

Speaking of Falcons, their American support star Sneyking will lead a very strong United States roster that features GamerLegion duo Fayde and Speeed, as well as multi-time International finalist and EWC 2024 winner Quinn, and International 2015 winner SumaiL. Notably, the United States’ team features both the oldest ever International winner in Sneyking, who won in 2025 at the age of 30 years and 135 days, and the youngest ever International winner in SumaiL, who won in 2015 at the age of 16 years and 176 days.

Three more of Quinn’s teammates from the Gaimin Gladiators roster that won EWC 2024 will compete for their country’s Dota 2 team: tOfu (Germany), Seleri (Netherlands), and Ace (Denmark). Joining Ace on a very talented Danish team is two-time International winner and OG founder N0tail, a pair of coaches in Cy- and MISERY stepping in as players, and decorated Falcons star Cr1t- as a substitute.

The rankings for the submitted Dota 2 rosters will be finalized on June 7th, with the top 16 teams set to receive direct invites to the ENC Finals. 14 of the remaining spots will be determined by online regional qualifiers held between June 29 and July 2. The final two teams will be determined through Wildcard slots.
